Yolanda Ames

The night before her pitch

Yolanda Ames was one of several agents pitching the same seller, and he told all of them he'd decide in 48 hours. So she asked herself what the others would skip. The night before, she had Claude research him. When he mentioned he had moved 25 times, she knew the job behind every move and asked about it. Claude also turned his own numbers into a sharper presentation, and she toured the homes he'd be competing with. He called her back in two hours, not 48. AI didn't win the listing. It made sure she walked in having done all of it, every time.

Adrian Bidulescu

A Galveston listing, won on preparation

Adrian Bidulescu was brand new, still working his first career as a principal. The listing was a half-million-dollar-plus home in Galveston, and he was up against agents who had been in that market longer than he'd been in the business. The sellers were an 80-year-old couple, with their son helping them decide. Adrian couldn't out-experience anyone, so he out-prepared them. He ran the Five Star Meeting Checklist before the appointment and used Claude to pull the market data together, so every answer was in his hand before he knocked. He won the listing on preparation.

Holly Hernandez and Emily Kung

Two deals kept together through the option period

Holly Hernandez and Emily Kung had two closings that could have fallen apart in the option period. Their sellers were careful, detail-minded people who got nervous when news came in pieces. So before the buyers asked for anything, Holly used Claude to put every number and repair item on one page her sellers could read on a phone, and even run past their own AI. But the real test came when the buyers' ask landed. Holly and Emily didn't jump to strategy. They set aside time and let their sellers be upset first. Then they walked through the numbers. Both deals closed.
